LSU,s fan base will melt whoever gets named head coach. The fan base is split on multiple coaches so it's going to happen to a certain degree no mater what.
If LSU does hire coach O how bad would the melt be for opposing fans if he continues his trend of beating the shite out of your teams? (Bama fans not included).

Nobody will melt if O is hired. There will be laughter. Now, if he kicks some arse next season, the laughter would probably stop.

I think Coach O has done very well given his opportunity.
But looking at the Coaching Changes Board most are all in on Herman / Jimbo
That's why I said this place would melt hard. Not saying O is a bad hire, just not the popular one.

Understand. 
I guess my point was the fan base will not 100% be happy with whoever is named head coach. I can see upside to all of them, and also can see risk. I will just hope it works out best for LSU and support whoever is our next coach.

Zero melt here, I fully expect LSU to cover the spread. UF's O is inconsistent and given the starters missing on defense. Not rocket surgery
