In your scenario LSU is in playoffs. SEC Champ even with 2 losses is going. Question is whether USCe also gets in. Previous history and possible desire to see Spurrier get a shot might make it happen. But LSU (or whoever 2 loss SEC Champ) in your scenario gets in for sure.
