Have LSU fans blamed this on Alabama's schedule yet?

Looking at page 1 of your post history, it looks like you really like to talk about LSU.

The ADA is pushing for it. We really need to get some Bama consultants to BR to show them how to sweep shite under the fricking rug. We must be the only big time program in the country who's students/legal professionals target star athletes.

Apparently the ADA went to law school at Florida.

I don't trust her, she's a spy.

A prosecutor said Monday she has decided to file a motion to revoke the probation of Jeremy Hill, the suspended LSU running back who landed in legal hot water again this spring after he was arrested in a bar fight.

“We’re going to certainly push for revocation,” said Sue Bernie, an East Baton Rouge Parish assistant district attorney. “I think that jail time is appropriate, but it’s ultimately up to the judge.”

Bernie said Hill faces up to six months in jail if his probation is revoked. She said she could file the motion as early as this week.

She's said she was going to do that for a while. She should, it's part of her job. It would be pretty extraordinary for an ADA to not file the motion, FWIW.

Is Kevin Sumlin obligated to impose the same or stricter punishment on Deshazor Everett and Floyd Raven as LSU does to Hill?

What did they do? Are they already on probation for carnal knowledge of a minor?

Is she a new ADA? I don't think I've ever heard of her.

Technically, it's not really up to LSU. It's up to the judge if he thinks Hill should do time.

Bar fight that occurred in April. Arrested in July. It was all over the rant.

I don't really care what the crime was... he got arrested while on felony probation. That's a brand new charge, not a technical violation, which is possibly excusable. I've done felony papers a few times in my life, and I undoubtedly would've seen prison for the most minor of misdemeanors.

That's what most of us are bracing for...suspended for the Rice game.
