A) The video certainly didn't tell the whole story, nor will it be the only evidence presented in court.
B) That said, Hill could be in serious trouble, not because of the battery, but because he was on probation. If his probation is revoked he's gone.

The DA is taking the 'tough on crime' route but the judge isn't going to care. I doubt probation is revoked but who knows.
