um... which is luckier, your opponent's QB throwing 3 interceptions to the SAME player to help you get the win? OR your opponent missing 4 field goals and giving you the game on a silver platter?

LSU finished 2008 at 8-5. If you are going to talk about 3 interceptions then why do you leave out the fact that one of your field goal attempts was blocked and that in OT LSU's defense pushed your offense back.

Worse than the 1st half against Georgia?

Yes - no turnovers against UGA.

Just admit it. In the first half of the SECCG, LSU stunk it up like a can of tuna fish on a carburetor

You wish bama had the opportunity to suck it up against UGA in the first half

Funny, Alabama beat themselves yet LSU played their worst game of the year.

You have NO idea how much you sound like Auburn fans in 2005 when Auburn lost in overtime after Vaughn missed 4 kicks.

Keep in mind, Vaughn was Mr. "Lou Groza Award Preseason Watch List ... Preseason All-SEC First-Team ... Coaches' Preseason All-SEC First-Team ... Lindy's Preseason Second-Team All-SEC ... Athlon Sports Preseason First-Team All-SEC" at Auburn at the time.

All we heard from Auburn was about how lucky LSU was, and how Auburn really won the game because of - wait for it - STATS and missed kicks.

At the time I thought how similar it sounded to Oregon State fans bitching and moaning about missing kicks in their game against LSU the year before.

You know what all 3 games have in common?

After a while, it stops looking like luck.

The reason Auburn and Alabama hate each other so much is because they are just alike in their inability to believe it when defeated.

ya think that might have something to do with their opponent? tigers were lucky as hell to get out of there with a W & ya know it.

and yet they did. In TTown. Against the greatest team in Alabama football history according to a lot of Bama fans.

so I guess we all now agree that what happened to Lsu on Nov. 5 was luckier than what happened to Bama in '08?

I just looked it up, Vaughn actually missed FIVE kicks.

I guess Auburn really is worse than Alabama.

Sounds like shitty coaching for both games. Next time instead of forcing your sad excuse for a kicker to kick well out of his range... Why not punt?

Yes bama mistakes that cost them, but we baited you into those mistakes. Your biggest mistake was not punting for 4th and 20's

Sure I did. I called you a dumbass for thinking luck had anything to do with you losing. You lost to a team that had a better gameplan and complete team in all phases of offense, defense, and ..... ST's.

I just hid the fact your an ignorant gump on my rambling about your inept coaching and ST's. You're welcome.

Quit trying to convince yourself that y'all are better. We each played out worst game of the year, but who won? Y'all were lucky we didn't punch it in from the 1 before half.

Didn't they say a few years ago that Miles only won because he had Saban's players? How in the hell did we win last year and this year without Saban's players?!?!
