It's not being a bust. It's can they take on roles like Mett, Beckham, Landry, Ego so quickly? I'm not denying y'all have young talent, but it even took Nkemdiche until after the LSU game to really come into form. Adjustment time is needed for players.

Y'all were gifted turnover after turnover after turnover and still took a last second field goal to win. Not really much to be thumping your chest about. If the turnover situation were reversed we be sitting starters the whole second half.

Y'alls arguments are hilarious:

Only LSU's young players can develop.
Only LSU has a WTF game.

Keep em coming. I'm making sense. Y'all are just having a little circle jerk with stupid run offs of each other. I'd love to know what y'all do in the real world.

The part you are missing is we haven't really replaced a completely vacant position. It is just the next best guy up kinda thing.

I will use Magee for example. Hill had great success last year no doubt. Magee who, is damn good himself, will have another year under his belt, more experience and will, IMO have an awesome year.

Y'all could go 1-11 this season and as long as that one win is against LSU y'all would consider the season a success. Sad.

This is a horrible misconception though. They won't be asked to take on the production of Mett, Landry, and Beckham. As far as the offense goes, it's going to be another boring LSU offense, albeit with a little more intelligence in play-calling. The defense will show noted improvement over last season.

Honestly, Ferguson and Johnson were not all that great last year. I think the guys coming up behind them can do better.

They act like we don't lose great players to the draft every season. That's where top 10 recruiting classes EVERY year come in to play.

We had one less turnover? I don't get how that results in y'all being up by 28 at half?

But...from the things that have been said on the LSU side, I'm not surprised that is your logic.

No shite. Congrats Ole Miss you beat us last year. Have y'all started petitioning your AD for 2013 Super Bowl rings?

That's fine. I get that. I've said I get that...but some don't pan out. And the positions/players y'all are replacing are CRITICAL positions.

We have all positions filled with proven players that beat y'all. Y'all have some positions filled with players that lost to us...and some positions that have never played us...or any other college team, for that matter.

I pretty much just sit here in my lay-z-boy in my underwear, eating pepperonis off my hairy, protruding stomach, watching talk shows and posting on this board. Every now and then I get up to get more pepperonis and occasionally have a diuretic shite pour out of my arse.

I understand. I also understand busts. We've had plenty...and y'all have had more.

Y'all only put up 27 on what was essentially our 2nd string defense with 3 skill players and a QB that will be in the NFL next year, and you expect to do better against our actual starters with freshmen who have never played a down of college football.

Yet we're the delusional ones.

You said nothing towards me shutting down your stupid arse theory. I'll take it you agree that your "if turnovers had been even, we'd be sitting our starters at half" statement to be retarded.

And just to remind you, we were sitting half of our starters the whole game...sooooo

Here's why I think we'll win. Y'all aren't that good, and we bring the fricking wood when we play y'all.

I thought the same thing last year. Embrace it

Congrats on the win on paper. They won't play the game this year.
