Even i know bama will be the best until Saban leaves. That doesnt mean LSU wont steal a few here and there.

Just so we are on the same page here.

LSU VS bama november 2012

Minus bama's last possession before half and it's last possession of the game.

bama had 10 possessions.

SIX - three and outs

TWO - ended with fumbles

ONE - ended after two first downs - punt

ONE - bama TD

tide had a total of 188 yards on those TEN possessions. 139 yards in the first half and 49 yards in the second half. Only 55 yards passing on those ten drives.

Going into it's final drive of the game aj had 93 yards passing. Including 38 yards passing on last drive of first half.

From the start of the second half upto the start of it's final drive aj was 1 of 7 for a -1 yard passing.

If you remember something different let me know.

FYI that's not coming from my gut. Maybe it's you that needs to check the stat sheet.

So...end of the first half its 14-3..right? And the end of the game its 21-17 yet somehow you are trying to spin this.

You questioned what a LSU fan posted about the game except for the two 2 minute drives bama had. You told him he was wrong and to check the stats.

Well those were the stats. NO SPIN involved that's how the other TEN bama possessions played out.

What's the deal?

You can't handle the TRUTH???

Grow an offense. One Top 30 ranking in the last 8 years and that would rank about 60 in today's game.

One clean hand-off from AJ to Yeldon, and it's 21-10 Bama. The end. No victories for LSU, not even this sad moral one.

Jesus, Aggy isn't buying real estate in LSU fans heads, they're strait up annexing what isn't already owned by bama.

To be fair, it's only the sketchy neighborhoods and property on the outskirts that is being annexed. Everything else is already occupied by Daddy.

I sure hope that your team takes LSU as lightly this season as you do.

Thanks for the breakdown. I understand your analysis. There are two things AJ McCarron is missing in his career as a starter: an impressive/dominant showing against LSU and an undefeated season. This year is his last chance to do both. It will be tough. Can't wait!

He looked pretty good in new orleans. From what I remember anyway.

I acknowledged that it'd be tough. I find a dominant performance against LSU to be more improbable than an undefeated season.

He did look good, but I wouldn't call that performance dominant. He didn't find the end zone, and no one dominated or truly embarrassed your 2011 defense. Alabama's defense helped the offense have a little more success in that game.

It's a message board, get over it. Point is, Bama refuses to acknowledge that they were dominated in that game. They admitted it like crazy right after the game (it was the first thing Saban said in his post game interview) but since they won the Natty it's as if it never happened just felt like they needed a reminder.
