2016 is a prime example. Two of the recruiting sites have obvious alashama connections, but that is supposed to be coincidence ???
Not only do you have things fixed behind the scenes and on the field with your underground booster clubs and flying in your head coach to NY to lobby for his 3rd place SEC team to somehow be in the NC game over a conference champion with a much stronger SOS,
but you ALSO unashamedly expect people to buy that these last minute fixed recruiting 'championships' are on the up and up ????????
You things disgust rather than impress.
And you are the WORST WINNERS in the history of sport.
You can't be satisfied with your hollow, mulligan fixed titles, you HAVE to throw it up constantly constantly constantly.

Yep we did need more LB depth. Key will probably play some LB and I suspect Devin White will be a LB real fast.

I thought I heard we have a lot of LBs in the 2017 class? Not sure, I don't follow it too closely.
Anyways, people are getting way too caught up with Aranda and his 3-4 defense. He has said again and again that he will play whatever defense best fits his personnel.
In fact, his first season at Wisconsin, they played mostly 4-3, because that is what fit best for that defensive unit. So, I suspect he will do the same at LSU this year. Sure, you'll see Key and maybe Neal out of the 3-point stance at times. You'll see some 3-4 with Adams or Battle near the LOS. All that.
But I fully expect LSU to be a "base" 4-3 team next season. Using that team very loosely, considering Aranda has proven to be a guy of many different formations and attacking styles.

Missing on Fowler sucks but we are in a better position at linebacker than we were last year. And our defensive ends will rotate at OLB with the new scheme

I just got back from this trip to Phoenix a few weeks ago and I could have sworn they gave us a big trophy that said NATIONAL CHAMPION on it. They even had confetti, shirts, hats, music a stage. Even the other team was congratulating me for being a graduate of the team that won the national championship.
Must have been a weird dream.
