Absolutely......and Bama's D is just sick

They are getting better every week and we better be ready to bring it.

Too early to be talking about LSU being undefeated for this game....but Bama will definitely be.

I don't know about the rest of the Alabama fanbase, but last season's team felt NOTHING like this one.

Our defense immediately takes away your run game and makes your QB WAY more important. Makes your offense one-dimensional.

Our secondary is usually first rate (I exclude tonight because Dre spent a lot of the first half being somebody's bitch).

We have a great offensive line, arguably the best running back in college football, and a QB who won't get us beat.

We're looking a LOT better than last season.

Tauren Poole rushed for 101 yards today against Buffalo, and you say that LSU is all that's standing in your way?

I agree with the OP, but LSU may not be undefeated when we play Bama unless we can get some WRs to catch the damn ball.

I did see a ray of light with UF's pass protection and our RB's are better than UF's.

But Bama does have a very strong D

I give us less than a 20% chance of beating Bama but we do have the 2 ingredients needed required to do so. We have a legit inside running game and we can stretch the field. In addition we have been able to shut down Bama's running game the past 2 years.

Hitting the bottle again? "No chance" is a little strong. Is that kind of like zero chance of any team coming back down 24-0 at BDS?

Famous last words. Rooting for LSU on the 5th, but will need help from someone else as well.

True but our style of defense has given Bama trouble running the ball in the past. It doesn't mean it will happen this year but there is precedent for it happening.

Let's get a little sanity back. Bama may well beat LSU, but Tom Brady would throw for about 8,000 yards on Bama.
