Oh ok.. I think you are just confused. Maybe you are referring to the 24 profitable programs? All but 7 of those take income from the schools in some form.

Bama takes 6 million in money from the school. This isn't rocket science. The Advocate article is correct.

Weren't y'all discussing football program profits? Nevermind, LSU is just the best. The advocate said so.

lefty08 does nothing but troll. He has nothing to say, so instead he pretends to be stupid to try and piss off LSU posters like yourself.

It's sad really

Arkansas' entire athletic program has been 100% self-sustaining for well over a decade

28 are self sustaining, 10 give money to the university

You say those ten aren't special, you are less than not special I guess

That's quite a difference from the 7 and 2 mentioned by your brother earlier

28 out of 127?

I would say thats not too special to be 1 of the 28

There are 127 D1 football teams, over 200 Schools considered D1 in athletics

Why is a thread about a RB coach 6 pages? Must be a mixture of AR trolling and LSU overhyping.

You said your athletic department is self sustaining. Then say there are 127 football teams. The football team is just a part of the athletic department, there are a lot of D1 schools without football

That 28 is out of D1 athletic departments, not D1 football.
Most football teams are more than self sustaining anyway and help support other sports (the athletic department).

Does self sustaining mean taking 2 million per year from the university? Cause that's what Arkansas does. Your AD sucks.

AD, as in athletic department, and yes, you do.

Do you need the link too that shows the 10 mil taken from the university from 2010 through 2014 as well?

Perhaps you should see my recent post that cited that exact article, and see what I said about the article.
