I like to insert a tube inside my pee hole and also inside the balloon. Make sure the tube is snug so you can transition to the next balloon without much trouble.

I like to semi freeze my piss balloons.
That way they leave a mark and get the opposing fan smelly.

Looks like you have solved the perplexing question of how people with vaginas, such as yourself, fill balloons.
Filling them is VERY VERY different than having the balls to actually throw them.

I usually just use Trojan magnums for piss balloons. They're a little tight getting them over the shroom but it helps to seal off tightly while your filling them.

You should some how get the piss into the balloon, then blow into it with your mouth. that usually does the trick.
