re: LSU fans. In regards to Tom Ritter. We hate him too.

Perhaps you can address my points on how the refs looked like we're screwing us over as well. Then maybe you attempt to be impartial in how it felt on our side.
Point being... If you couldn't care less about either team on the field at all, you'd have seen it less crimson OR purple and gold.

Right about that. I bet your arse was tight when you had 50 seconds and no timeouts. LSU had you beat and couldn't finish. Oh well good luck in the playoffs. You won't admit it but you got a gift last night.

Alabama won, LSU lost.Refs were sloppy on both sides.

LSU defensive strategy to contain Bama's recievers, was to grab their arms or hands and make them catch the ball with one hand. By the way, no penalty was ever called on 3 seperate occasions. Personal foul call in OT was nowhere to be seen. So, when you're doing all this crying and whinning, just think it was probably worse for Bama than it was for your team. We, as Bama fans, just look at it as an obstacle to the final means- a 27 victory in tiger stadium (Bryant Denny West).

The Bama OL cleaned the pile. What game were you watching?
They have called that for at least 6 years now.

I know more about equipment, especially headgear, than you. No one said for no reason. That's your jump to conclusions. There are more ways to stress equipment than just pulling on it. You have no expertise here or else you would cite it. Quit making this up.

I generally take cryin fans with a grain of salt and I did not see these things at the game as I was sitting in the NEZ but when a national sports writer mentions issues in officiating then I will listen.

We, like you, have no idea how Tom Ritter has a job. Every game he does of Bama's, he misses calls right and left. To the point that most games it feels like he is calling against us. In fact everyone over at my house last night felt like the refs were calling favorably for LSU. Yet every LSU fan thinks the opposite.
It's not a conspiracy, Ritter and his crew just suck. Hard. Can't wait till his arse is fired.
Ill have to agree that was a horribly called game all around. The Dupre reversal should never had to happen, anybody that couldnt see that was not out of bounds is blind. Came home and watched this play from another angle , thats terrible ,and an obvious facemask that was not called. Im just using this play as an example ,because two calls were missed on one reciever& defender. Was he even watching? I take it this is the ref you are referring two. No this play didnt have any outcome on the game, because it was reversed. . But damn!

3. The personal foul in OT to me was just a normal tackle, maybe I ought to see it again. But it seemed like there was no WAY to call the personal foul that took us from the 1 yard line to 15 back. That was REALLY tough to swallow.
It was a BS make up call, just didn't have the same impact as the one in regulation.

DA White had an easy touchdown catch and your DB literally grabbed his hand to prevent him from using it to catch the ball. Nothing.
You think that wasn't a game changing play?

So Nothing on the should be penalty that directly cost us a TD?
Posted on 11/10/14 at 12:48 pm to RichardCranium
In the clip you posted, a Ref would have had to be in a really perfect, weird position, and I don't believe the replay booth can review a penalty that wasn't called on the field. All the Refs would have seen was that it was off when he got uncovered, but not how it was pulled out.

LSU choked that game away. Pure and simple.
The better complete team won. End of story.
LSU will perpetually be without the one element they need to dominate. A QB.
They had it with Mett, but the defense decided to checkout in 2013.
