Just try and remember how Bama's offense was before McElwain/Kiffin

Very painful to know the talent at WR and not be able to take advantage of it.

LSU is loaded at wr plus they practice against a top secondary everyday at practice. There is really not a good excuse to not balance things out with each facet helping the other.

Simple. We haven't developed a QB in 10 years.

As an outside observer I will put it this way. Most Arky fans going into this next season with Brandon Allen as our QB are vaguely confident in that position, even if there is a strong undercurrent of "well he isn't as bad as he used to be."

LSU going into next season with Brandon Allen as their QB is probably looking at a trip to the playoffs at the very least. As long as there is not a drop off in defense LSU is a very scary team next season if they get even somewhat decent QB play.

See 2013... I expect 2015 to more resemble that offense than last year's.

People forget Harris is a talented quarterback. Dupre and Quinn were 2 of the top 3 receivers (nationally) in the 2014 class, and Quinn is currently #5 on the depth chart.

Add to them Dural, Chark, Diarse, Tyron Johnson and Derrick Dillon, and that group is as solid as any in the SEC. We'll be just fine there.

Extremely frustrating. Go read the rant on occasion though, there are some pumpers who think there are no passing game issues.

So Quinn is a bust. Harris is a back up. I just don't see anything similar to 2013.

Deep down the pumpers know for the most part there has been passing game issues throughout Miles tenure... they just get butthurt whenever someone points it out.

It's too early to call Quinn a bust. Harris, I believe, will take over the spot this year and be more productive than we were last yr. he is still young and will likely be a star before he leaves campus.

We have talent at WR, but at times their youth hurt the passing game quite a bit last year. Dupre will be a star, possibly as early as this year.

The reality of the situation is that this is Fournette's team and will be until he leaves. He has made marked improvement since his first game, and barring injury will get 1300-1700 this yr.

If we can complete 50-60% of passes then we will be a dangerous offense. I am hopeful in Cameron to get it done, but the way the last few years have gone I don't have much faith in Miles.

I'm just kidding around. However, I don't see 2013 numbers for LSU this season. Improvement seems inevitable, though.

They did OK with Mett. 49% completion from Jennings last season was difficult to watch, though. I'm cautiously hopeful that things will be a little better this upcoming year.
