Not confident. Fairly optimistic though. The team has steadily improved and found ways to overcome adversity. And for me (and me alone), this is our bowl game. Nothing would be better than to derail their hopes of being in the playoffs than a victory at Tiger Stadium.
And then, unfortunately, we will probably lose to Arkansas the following week.

I'm excited about the game also, but come on, this is bama.
Same Bama that lost to Ole Miss. They are beatable.
I don't get why some of you act like they are undefeated and unstoppable. What they've done in the past has nothing to do with this season.

so what are you trying to say Bama is beatable and LSU is unbeatable. come on man

So LSU fans thinking there's a chance to beat Bama at home, at night, where their coach has an absurdly good record is overconfidence? I would call that hopeful optimism. Of course, there are a few deluded asshats that are predicting a blowout win, but every fan base has those.
Are the Bama fans, whose team has struggled on the road all season, that think Bama is going to blow the doors off LSU this weekend "overconfident" as well?

I personally have not been practicing hard, and missed a couple film sessions. All they got is that bubble screen.
Prayers Sent
OP I wish LSU all the luck as well with Jennings at QB

Of course not. These people know not what logic is.

They've improved on the road as well, but this will be their biggest test
Arkansas isn't a bad team
Neither is WVU

sabin is over rated he has done what he has done with espn recruited talent , LSUs denardo talent gave him his start !

LSU matched up better with Ole Miss than Bama imo. I felt better about that game. Obviously if they have the turnover issues they had against Ole Miss we wont pull this one out.

I am enjoying the build up of confidence on this board. It's going to make the melt tasty.
