He has done a good job with QB recruiting. It now seems like we have a plan at that position that is a real plan and not a "lets recruit every five star we can and hope one turns into JFF" kind of plan. Honestly we need certain position coaches to do their jobs well (like the WR coach and the OL coach) for this offense to work though.
