Shakers tend to have the same effect. And doesn't look nearly as cool in unison

It would look stupid having a track stadium tucked that close to tiger stadium. either way the north end zone isn't going to have shite done because of the road and the tiger cage at minimum.

Ole Miss was definitely louder, but it was still very loud. Overall Ole Miss experience was better, but Bama experience was close. The stadium really does hold sound better now.

They can't even find fans to stay in the 2nd half. What makes you think that want another 5-10k of empty seats.

Leave it to some douchebag Aggie to screw up a decent thread.

I thought the towels looked pretty cool from my seats but id rather have higher noise levels.

For LSU fans who attend regularly - how did the atmosphere / sheer loudness compare to other big games in TS? I didn't go, but it sounded ridiculously loud on TV.

Definitely one of the louder games I've witnessed, but not the loudest. In fact, the Ole Miss game was louder. It was definitely behind 2007 Florida and 2012 Bama for sure. Definitely in that top tier of games, though.

AD has already said the stadium is at capacity no more expansion, the setup would not work well on the north side anyway.

If anything he mentioned possibly making seats larger and reducing capacity because the only games that were at capacity were Ole Miss and Bama.

Some of the upper deck tickets on both sides are tough sells now because visiting teams send tickets back and no one wants to go to some of the non conference garbage games since there all on tv. They even reduced prices on several tickets. They have a SRO section in the new section but have not used it as of yet.

Good God NO! I also have read that it's not architecturally possible given the PMAC on the North side but I'm not sure.

The Mississippi State guys who stayed with me said the same thing. They were amazed the amount of sound we still made in the final few minutes of our game. With only like 30,000 fans left

Maybe they could set up a tailgate park to keep fans in the stadium in the 2nd half

Talking about expansions that aren't happening during the season makes a decent thread. I guess you have low standards... a lot like LSU admissions.

Wish they'd do it immediately, if not sooner.

I hope not. They already can't handle the extra cars coming in. It took us 4 hours to get from NOLA to BR on saturday

They would have the same problem we now have, the lack of air movement would create a sauna

LSU owning the time of possession seemed to have an impact on the noise. It was loud, but I felt Ole Miss was louder. The fumble by Yeldon was incredible.
