All you people talking about the recent 1st round SEC safeties, I think you're forgetting someone.

AJ's YPA is down from last year because he had arguably the worst OL in the nation for a few games. Last year it was either the third or fourth highest YPA, and he still only had 3 picks. He doesn't force balls to covered WRs, that is what makes him great. Watch all of his career passes and come back to me.

We have a better secondary this year, one could argue. CB2 is the only weakness, last year you could throw at Belue (this year he's a lot better, arguably the most underrated player in CFB), Perry, Vinnie, even Lester.
Also, LSU was going with quick counts last year. Bama didn't have time to disguise coverages, which is what makes the defense so good. This year if BDS is loud, LSU won't be able to quick snap it.

Yeah, he HAS been forcing it all year. Go back and watch your own QB play. He throws a LOT of forced balls to OBJ and Landry. Balls that good Safeties would defend.
