Guy brags about "running Reggies" as if that's something to be proud if I guess

We needed a NT really bad and Trey was big in high school. We were really confused about taking Maloata instead who was in the database at 245 pounds. An insider said he was 270 when the offer went out, then he showed up for his official at the end of January at 290 and when he reported for fall camp he was 315. There are no more horses in America Somoa.
It's too bad on Trey L though. Glad his host just played video games with him.

Nope, never offered, never had guys recruiting him to even put it on 247. I'm not sure if this was lack of mutual interest, or bc he was a known knucklehead and it was during Sumlin's attempt to correct the negative press from our run at the fulmer cup.
He was a huge texas target.

Y'all did not. Texas did. Oregon, Notre Dame. USCw...

Oh, c'mon, he was down to Texas, Oregon and LSU and once Texas locked up the kid from South Carolina, it was an Oregon/LSU race. Trey was a kid that didn't pop his head up until late in the recruiting cycle...like he got the offers in January.
It probably had more to do with being full than you having some kind of inside info. Oregon vets kids hard and Trey L. probably had a pretty clean history and let the big time get to him. If he had any kind of checkered past, LSU and Oregon probably missed it in a mad scrabble at the end of the cycle.

Trey did not have a clean record. He was a well-known troublemaker by Texas scouts and fans.

You knew this in January of last year??? What I know his recruitment didn't pick up until the last month of the cycle.

Sorry that our players don't fear their head coach eating them.
Some Texas guys were on here spewing about it. We all brushed it aside saying it was good that a DT had a mean streak

That doesn't mean he had a record though. We sniffed out the attitude during the OV. He was not impressed with his host.

Oh you mean criminal record. I dunno.

He wouldn't have been in the Army AA game if he had been under the radar until the last month of the cycle.
