They are students too, so I bet they are closer to the side that thinks it's awesome and hilarious.

But yea, I bet that could work. I'd love to see Les tell them to stop. You'd have 9 year olds and grannies doing it the next weekend just to spite him.

I think if the most popular players asked them to stop, they would.

Thats the only way.

So you can show people who don't have Christian values cause it's a public school but not some that do have Christain values. You are part of the problem sir.

it's not worth getting in a debate, but LSU's point of view is to market themselves to everyone. SO, it's in their best interests to not be associated with religions.

You leave the cross on and you cause a commotion. You take it off, you cause a commotion.

Just don't use them.

If the players actually cared and didn't have some administratively forced request to stop it, it would stop.

Have Leonard Fournette grab a microphone before the game and ask the student section to stop.

I haven't watched many LSU games this year. Will I hear Bitch I'm From Louisiana and Neck in Tiger stadium on Saturday night?

i don't have children, but it's embarrassing to me personally when i'm with someone who isn't an lsu fan. i hate it. i think the interaction with the band and students is great with the dancing and whatnot, but adding profanity to literally just about every song is annoying. the band no longer plays a lot of the songs i grew hearing

You'll definitely here the former played about 30 times during the game. Wish the latter was still played. At the last home game the band literally played the same 2 songs during the game because of our PC athletic director.

A fit was thrown on their behalf by people who get aggravated at that sort of thing. They had a point and LSU should have left the crosses on, or even better, choose a different picture. Shame on those kids for standing up for their beliefs!

This. If we can learn cowbell discipline, LSU students can learn to stop STTDB.

It's real. I can't find the link, but even an Auburn assistant said we stopped once the center was over a ball.

They are called the BUCs. "Brothers Under Christ". And yes, they are a sober fraternity.
