I was embarrassed to see the LSU players running after the boot when the game was done. I'd prefer the players treat it as it should be treated, as if you were reaching for a doorstop.
When LSU has the boot, it should be kept in a closet. Not only is the trophy ugly, but LSU is supposed to beat Arkansas. It's almost as bad as when LSU stormed the field after beating Ole Miss two years ago.
