Please tell me the development Simmons received at LSU. If anything by going there he put in jeopardy his #1 pick status. LSU had arguably the best player in all of college basketball on their team, mind you only 5 play at a time, not 22, and essentially underwhelmed in every facet.
No, Bama hasn't had a #1 pick, but I'd certainly take a much better results season than I would care about if Bama had a player go #1 overall to the hapless Sixers.
