So now Mulkey has come out and said "nothing intentional was done." It will quickly be proven if she's a liar or not. I saw them play at Vandy and they stayed in the locker room during the anthem there also. If this has been their practice all year, Mulkey will look even worse for suddenly losing her backbone and instead of defending the practice choosing to lie about it to the national media.

As an LSU fan, I'm not happy with this. No matter what Kim's excuse is, it doesn't matter. It's a cop out. Stand for the anthem.

I like Mulkey’s comment that it wasn’t intentional, just their normal pre game routine. I bet their pre game routine involves touchups on their hair, makeup and eyelashes instead of focusing on how to win the game.

My thoughts exactly. Our troops who fought and died to protect freedom deserve utmost respect. LSU administration should address this matter. To be fair, how many other SEC teams, men or women, allow players not to stand for the anthem?
