Probably a defensive game but I think UF sees more injuries on defense than LSU. Offense... who knows?

LSU 27
UF 20

LSU wins in overtime.

Both teams' QB play keeps UF in the game.

LSU in a nail bitter wins by a late field goal. D-line tips Driskel's pass on possible game wining drive.

LSU cruises, 30-13.

I think Florida is gonna come in hopeful, and LSU is gonna come in pissed as hell.

I will be at game in section six. The noise in the Swamp will be rocking.....getting our defense pumped.

Remember: UF returns 15 out of top 16 tacklers from last year....LSU has stout DL and so do we, the edge goes to us when you compare the secondary and LBs...especially secondary. We can play man all day long and cover wrs like white on rice...giving us freedom to stop the run. LSU has a stable of very good backs, but they will be hit and dropped too many times for 1-2 yd gains and third and longs will be bad news for Metty. He will be sweating the pressure.
Special teams is huge and we have it in spades. Our FG kicker is an ATM machine and is probably gonna win the Groza Award. Our soph punter has really impressed me with the height and distance of his punts, flipping field position.
Offense is the difference....Driskel is stone cold killer...he won the Elite 11 qb MVP camp a few years ago and you will see why. Has been frugal with only one pick and that was thrown to true frosh wr deep in end zone and the frosh didnt fight for it. Driskel doesnt fumble and after we run the ball 12 times off guard he will fake the jet sweep and pivot on naked bootleg and kill you with 25 yd run.....he is FAST. He will also run bootlegs and throw 20 yds downfield.
TE Jordan Reed is going to catch at least 4 or 5 passes, sr wr Frankie Hammond will catch a few. Our all aroung utility player # 8 Trey Burton will play FB, TE, WR, RB and a few wildcat snaps. Oh...better bottle him up or he will bust 80 yd run like he did against UT.
The Gators are mad as hell about last year and how bad they were...its payback time:

UF 27
LSU 16

It will be an old fashioned SEC slobberknocker with game in doubt til late.

UF by a touchdown. It's hard to see LSU's offense out playing UF's defense at this point in play. UF's Dline & LB core is going to keep pressue on Muffburger the entire game & force the turnovers needed to win IMO
