Yes Gumps down playing this Saban was 2-3 against Gators while with us, and Miles is 5-4. Great series this century. Also Gumps love the permanent cross division team they play every year, they get the Vols, when is the last time you guys lost to them, I'm losing track.
I love this series. Always competitive except for 2 or 3 games in that stretch.

Isn't 2000 when LSU started their football team. Very good for such a new program.

Bama and Vols, are not as lop sided as you would think. Since 2000 Bama has won 8 with a vacated win in 2005 , Vols won 5, so the Bama and Vols series has only been in Bama's favor since 2007.

Love the LSU game. It gives me a chance to see the Gators play here in Louisiana, and the game day atmosphere at DV and The Swamp are very similar.

Although, I actually like the UF program. I hated Spurrier while he was there, but I love the Ol' Ball Coach now that he's gone.

Love the UF series. It was a weird stretch from 2008-2013, where LSU was (relatively) down and UF was up, then UF was (relatively) down and LSU was up.
Even in 2012, nobody was expecting much out of Florida when the two teams met.
Hopefully this will get back to being one of the can't miss SEC matchups.
