Do they have a football version of this article? Especially where Saban signals to the refs to call personal fouls or holding penetlies.

That might be one of the dumbest "articles" I've ever read.

No. Not blocking out and panicking in the last 5 minutes cost us the UK game.

Im just surprised Vols&Shaft83 hasn't adopted this as his new battle cry yet

LSU A&M Georgia do you think this happened?
The whole big story, I have no idea. The implication near the end that the refs bailed out Kentucky against LSU this year? I didn't see it. It seemed to me that, down the stretch, Kentucky knew what it wanted to do offensively and did it, while LSU seemed not to have a clue, and it showed. Of course there are going to be questionable officials' calls in every game, and in a close game any one of those calls could change the outcome, but I didn't see anything that suggested an agenda to screw LSU out of the game. As I recall, we got a pretty controversial traveling call against UK in the last couple of seconds when they rebounded a shot we had missed when we were down by two. It gave us another chance to win or tie with a bucket. We didn't make it, but at least we got the chance. I don't think a corrupt officiating crew trying to steal the game would have given us that call.

I don't have any idea about Kentucky cheating but if Cal is associated with William Wesley, something's up.
I'm a pretty big gambler and been out to Vegas a lot. If word gets around the sportsbook that Wesley has a bet or gave out a tip. You can almost guarantee it's going to hit. I saw the dude in the Mirage back in Bowl Season and he was getting treatment like he was the King of England.

Not a chance
When you think about the talent UK has, do they really need any help.

I don't know that I buy the whole "world wide wes" conspiracy, but I think that Cal is a cheater. I think he cheated at UMass, Memphis, and he's cheating at Kentucky. You will never convince me that All-Americans will come 5 at a time and sit the bench and share minutes just to play for Kentucky. There is more to it.
Does he have the ref's in his pocket? I don't know? But the article, while mostly BS does have some interesting points about who calls KY games and "phantom" calls and no calls.
I had impartial friends that just happen to be coaches comment on how one sided the refs were in the second half of the SEC tourney final on Sunday, especially when Arkansas cut it to 9 and appeared to be gaining momentum.
Then...... travelling call on Madden that appeared to be a foul before the travel. Ensuing possession KY player obviously drags his pivot foot and no call, then a cheap foul on Arkansas. Kingsley called for a T hanging on the rim..... then a no call on KY doing the same thing.
Arkansas' radio guys almost never talk about the officiating and they were livid with how the game changed from that point.
I don't know, but it always seems, at least in the SEC that a few teams in every sport seem to always have a call go their way that 3/4 of the league doesn't get.
Makes you wonder ........
BTW I'm not saying that Arky would have won Sunday, Kentucky was just better.... but the officials sure didn't help....

I assumed this was about a certain football program not basketball.

You realize that could be said about any rich person who frequently gambles at any casino in Vegas?

I guess Cal didn't think enough of Ole Miss to bring his own stripes in for our game. They called a foul on a missed three by Moody at the end of regulation that likely would have given OM the win if Moody hadn't cramped up, making him unable to shoot the FT's. I guess that proves that Moody is in on the conspiracy as well.

that was the thing- we weren't going to win regardless but it's like they didn't even want it to possibly be close. they needed their fat baby to win easily- funny that they showed the closeup of slive right before that happened since i would never put anything past that old codger either as far as protecting certain teams.
