Surprised, honestly. Expected this to open at about 1-2 or even pick 'em.

I'm rooting for the swamp kittens, but this is just not a game I would put money on. Too little data.

I would take the Tigers at -8. Not sold completely on Burro. If he plays good.. not great... I see something like LSU 27- sips 17. If Burro brings his A game and LSU receivers catch well then I can see a 20 pt win by Tigers.

I think 27-17 Tigers but would really love to see LSU by 40.

I'm going with LSU. Texas usually has heavy money on it by name alone I'd think.

Ehlinger will have no time to throw, going against the best defensive backfield in football, and no where to run when he can't throw. Tigers offense looks like the real deal and Texas' D is average at best.

LSU 35-17 (but it will never seem even that close) and they get a #1 vote or two in next week's poll as they crack the Top 4.

Surprised also. I agree with you and call it even or 1 point to Texas. Too early in the season and too much unknown.

I’m surprised it’s only 4.5. Georgia Southern won just as many games as Texas last year.

I honestly think it will be like the UCF game, feels like it's in hand for a while but the score is never too far apart. 37-24

LSU lock of the week. Texas lost too much on both sides of the ball.

If anyone thinks Texas is scoring 24 on this D without a special teams or defensive TD or two, you're out to lunch.

This was the first post I’ve seen by you that wasn’t anti-LSU. It’s a good look!

Take out the homefield edge and the spread is more like 7.5. Good news for LSU is they won't be the least bit intimidated by DKR. That place is not loud and LSU don't care.
