They are bandwagon U, after all.
There are plenty of Alabama basketball fans here. This is just the first time we have played LSU, so you wouldn't notice.

Weird this was their superbowl, though

As far as the game goes, we need someone to step up and be a true number 2 guy. When LSU decided to concentrate on Releford, we had some trouble scoring and they climbed back into it. We also need to do something against that press which we looked terrible against.

Watched the game as always. We just don't have any room to gloat on our BB team here. That said, anyone notice that we went to a man to man to start the second half when LSU had NO answer for our tenacious zone that got us all those turnovers and points in first half?
Results,LSU got back in the game and got the lead. When we finally went back to the zone we started stealing the ball and scoring again. Grant just cannot coach as much as I like the guy.

our tenacious zone

Our zone will never be tenacious if we have Jacobs trying to cover the corner 3. We have to find a way to get him out of those situations.

LSU's comeback was entirely dependent on you not being able to get the ball past midcourt for a 10 minute stretch. It had zero to do with which defense you were running. When we didn't create turnovers in the backcourt, our halfcourt offense shat itself.

Jones is the best recruiter in the league not named Cal. He has no idea what's going on during the game though

Bama can't cover corner because the 3&4 are pressuring 23 ft out on the top wing while the 1&2 are scratching themselves.

Our zone had everything to do with our run in both halves. We created numerous turnovers and got points from them in the 1st half. We did not come CLOSE to matching up with ya'll in man to man which we never should have been in starting the 2nd half. I'll agree to disagree and enjoy a rare win though. Nice game

Obasohan would have helped us beat that press. But, we didnt need him to beat a couple midgets
