While irrelevant, it is indeed factual.

The only significant difference between LSU's schedule and Bama's is that LSU played 8-5 UGA and Bama did not. You still lost to Ole Miss and got destroyed by Bama. Beat the teams you are supposed to beat (like Ole Miss) and beat Alabama head to head, and all this schedule argument BS won't matter.

You're still thoroughly rustled.

I'm impressed.

The reason they went 10-3 last year was because the defense was horrible. And I thought prior to 2013 those guys were garbage. Now they are gods that LSU can't replace. This board is hilarious

You're right. Beating OOC teams with your second string is equivalent to playing teams with a pulse.

Huh? LSU played a 4-8 TCU, Furman, Kent St, and UAB in non con? That's as bad as a non conference schedule gets. Your East opponents went 8-5 and 4-8. LSU's schedule was not that tough. You just lost games.

And went 13-1 without that offensive production. Lsu lost to bama, auburn lost to fsu, and bama has never beaten a top ten ranked auburn team.

To be fair, 2014 LSU is nowhere near as talented as 2011 LSU...

That's a pretty big difference unless your are certain that Bama would have beaten UGA. Your game a few months earlier against them kinda makes me think it wouldn't have been a cakewalk for Bama.

And you still lost to Auburn who I'm sure you think you're supposed to beat. And I don't recall getting destroyed by Bama I remember the game being fairly close in the 3rd quarter then Bama pulled away, but whatever you make a fair point.

and anyways all your title thread tells me is that we had great offensive production this year. Did you forget you have to play defense too?

VT, Colorado St., Georgia St., and Chattanooga isn't much better a non conference schedule and your East opponents went 5-7 and 2-10. Bama's schedule was not tough either but yeah Bama beat LSU head to head so yeah LSU really has nothing else to blame.

I just like taking schedule shots and Bama cause you guys are so easy to troll with it.

The 2014 talent is on par with the 2011 talent at every position for the exception of dline. This year the linebackers are better. WR talent is the same, RB is the same, QB is upgrade. The problem is there was more experience at those positions. OL will ease the pain for the younger guys.
