Since 2001? Well then a big thank you goes out to Nick Saban for two of the top 6...

Too High:
Iowa - #12 (floated by coach's salary)
Miami (FL) - #18
Ole Miss - #25
Miss St - #35

Too Low:
Clemson - #28
West Va - #32
Boise - #45
UNC - #52

Truth. It was just over a year ago many LSU fans were wanting Les gone. Now they want him to fap his seed upon their heads. He has become their Saban and soon will rise to Bear status.

flawed opinion ranking is flawed. it includes data since 2001. This over-inflates schools like OSU & USC, while undervaluing teams like Bama & UGA.

You have to look at a job in two ways - 1) past history as in indication of future possibilities, and 2) current situation and how well you are set up for success.

A team that has recruited 4 straight top 5 classes, has more 1st rounders chosen the past 3 years than any other school in the country, plays in the SEC West, pays its coaches (HC & assts) among the best in the country, has 100K+ in the stands, and is playing for its 2nd BCS title in 3 years is a better job today than USC & OSU (who is going to have penalties soon).

I'd put Bama at either 3 or 4. I'd put Texas at #1, Florida at #2, and Bama/LSU are interchangable at 3 & 4.

How do they come up with average recruit rankings?

Over ten years I would guess. You do remember the Shula and Franchione era? Because Wiki does not

its hard to hate the man when we are staring down back to back titles and a possible 29 + game win streak.

Lol clueless to the real story but yeah it looked that way

I will say this LSU owes a debt of gratitude to Kirk Herbstreit, he carried out the deed of the leak for the Ohio St BOTs, if not for him who knows who LSU HC would be right now

because they play easy arse schedule.
LSU, Bama, Florida are premium job as well but you have to go through meat grinders of a schedule every week in the SEC.

no none of my issues with miles were unjust. I stated my issues with him and he has fixed them all and delivered what i wanted. It would be dumb to continue being pissed at les miles when he fixed every single issue that was a problem. I wanted gary gone and clock management fixed and he did that.
