Since LSU fans enjoy the transitive property a lot, added to the fact that Auburn and MSU played fairly close,
I'd put the score about the same as what LSU beat Auburn by.
My guess:
LSU 34 - MSU 20

I remember marching the pregame during the Croom era when we played Florida one day. Something was different though as I felt this weird crazy feeling that we would beat FL that day. Jerious Norwood torn them a new one and Zook was fired almost before he got off the field. This is another one of those games. Nobody is giving us a chance and I think the stars line up for a big upset at DWS. LSU gets beat by both bulldogs this year!

Im about as worried for this game as going home and finding a million dollars in my mailbox, in other words not worried at all. LSU will roll.... MSU is still MSU they can have all the false confidence they want and once again we will stuff the cowbells straight up that arse.

Miss State's defensive rank: 16
State has played one ranked team, as has LSU. Miss State has a common opponent (Auburn) and had VERY similar offensive and defensive stats on the road against Auburn as LSU had at home against Auburn.
Yet LSU folks think they're going to score 40+ on the road. That's why my bookie neighbor says that LSU fan's money is the easiest in the world to win. They simply aren't realistic.
Mississippi State will win by 10: 31 - 21.
