Good. AJ plays better when he has a hostile crowd, and home/away games have never mattered in the rivalry.

Wait and see, what? If Bammers fill half the stadium that won't surprise everybody. But, it's likely to be a 60/40 split in fans favoring LSU. There's not much you bammers can do about that.

Bama fans are the ones with the dick measuring contest... So worried the Bama turn out will be considerably less than LSU. The OP now confirms what LSU fans have been saying.

NONE of this matters though. This LSU team can play with anybody, anywhere. If the dome were 100% Bama fans I don't think it would make a difference to what happens on the field. But having said that if the dome is only 50% LSU fans (worst case) then LSU fans likely will be noisier just because by nature they are louder. As discussed in other threads the Bama pom poms will also act to deaden their noise.

I'm guessing 50/40/10. Corporations are racking up right now.

You do know that LSU fans use gold shakers as well right? I saw a ton of em at the SEC CG.

Just wanted to kill that one dead. The whole pom poms thing is fricking stupid and if an LSU fans says that I have a pom pom or my wife has a pom pom at the BCS CG - you'll watch a bama fan whoop an lsu fans arse.

Now, on the other hand, I 100% agree that LSU fans make more noise than bama fans.

More tickets are going to the general pop than expected.

My company is based in BR and didn't get their usual allotment. Corporate Sponsers are taking up HUGE amounts.

Every LSU fan should know "Mister" right? His wife only got 3 tickets compared to the usual 12. These tickets are not just going to Bama and LSU fans. Corporations are bringing huge entourages.

Exactly. And where do you think for the majority of cases those corporate sponsers are located? Even the national companies have alot of local clients who will be using the marjority of tickets.

Ummmmmm.....New york? Atlanta? LA? (not Louisiana)

We're not talking about corporate sponsers of teams here. I'm talking about people like Coke, Allstate, etc. etc.

My company is a sponser for LSU with 3 boosters as partners/owners. They aren't getting shite and they be pissed about it.

All I know is I went to the Champ games in 03 and 07 and almost everybody (I mean literally 99%) had on team color whether it was for LSU, Okla, or Ohio State.

Now I have no idea where they came from or where they were based out of but the majority of fans were "real" fans, you don't have alot of nuetral fans at the championship from my experience.

The thing that is being overlooked is the large number or LSU fans that moved to AL after Katrina and have not returned. I have several neighbors on my street from LA, that just decided to stay. I would imagine they are buying tickets and being assumed to be bama fans.
