What Butch has done is what Kirby is doing right now. 2-3 years ago when he first got to UT he started playing all his soph's and frosh's. Now they are jr's and sr's. That's how you build leadership and lucky horseshoes. The problem is they graduate and then you suck next 2-3 yrs.
