Is LSU repaying the favor for Oregon by playing up North?

looks like the LSU AD is against playing in lambeau
LINK
also said the game depends on if the SEC goes to a 9 game conference schedule or sticks at 8

Alleva said he isn’t interested in playing a game at Lambeau, mentioning instead the two Texas sites.

I think Alleva should say Home&Home or no deal

looks like that or they will have to agree to a one time game in dallas it seems. id think it be cool to watch you guys play in lambeau but thats just me

I don't understand the appeal of playing in smaller pro stadiums over traditional home stadiums, I would much rather play UW in Camp Randall than Lambeau

Why would LSU or any other team be interested in playing a single game against Wisconsin in Wisconsin instead of a home and home?

in all honesty it was probably a media grab/jumping off point for discussion

To play them in their fertile recruiting grounds.
Barry needs checked, he is showing early signs of dementia or Alzheimer, he actually thinks it would benefit SEC teams to play Wisconsin up there in any other way than maybe a OOC strength of schedule boost, and that isn't a given with the coaching staff he hired...

That would be classic, but would need to play again the next year in the Superdome.

It would be to Wisconsins benefit to play in CR too, home field advantage, home game $$$, etc...

You sure you would be able to see the game and it wouldn't be on the B1G network?

pretty sure any early season SEC B1G matchup, let alone UWvsLSU would be nationally televised

But it's not the last time the SEC has lost to tOSU.

The last game we played aTm @ uncle Jerry's, both teams were ranked, I think aTm was even in the top 15 or top 10 (lulz) and it wasn't nationally televised, it was a big12 broadcasted game due to aTm being the "home" team...
Depending on what other games are on the same day, it is possible it could end up on the B1G network or early on ESPN like most of the B1G games are played.

There is no way that game wouldn't be on ABC or ESPN

Depends on the date and other games.
Opening weekend, it could be, at 10:30 am or whenever it is they kick off up there.
It wouldn't be a "prime time" kick off unless it was on the B1G network on that weekend, not that the B1G likes playing night games anyway.
That would be the biggest hurdle with this game anyway and why every team from the SEC Barry approaches would want the game in Texas, ATL, or possibly Florida on the SEC TV contract terms, better kick off times and Network exposure "guaranteed".
