Sean White starts for LSU?

You mean the same Sean White that was Auburns consolation prize after Brandon Harris told Auburn staff he's All LSU?

No...

Harris getting playing time early against Auburn is going to look a lot different than playing against small schools, and playing time against a prevent defense.

Should be a good time.

It's kind of cool that both teams are excited about this news, for different reasons.

It's probably the right move, imo.

Worked for Marshall

It's ok to admit you're nervous about what MAY be coming.

There is no downside.

Let the kid learn. it can only help for the future. When harris comes back in two years, he will not be intimidated by JHS or the Swamp or BDS.

I watched a little of the LSU-New Mexico game Saturday when I got back from witnessing that catastrophe in The Big House.

Harris is thin as a rail. He's got decent speed, but what sets him apart his his arm. I'm not sure about his accuracy, but he could hit a 30 yard out route on a rope. I'm not sure I have seen seen a QB with an arm as strong as his.

Having this many freshman is exciting...if we lose, no big deal as we are supposed to ...if we win, the excitement continues to build for the future.

Auburn knows how good Harris is that's why they are so scared.

Nice find. I do not follow the recruiting part of the year. Interesting back story.

Yup.
I'm fairly certain Auburn will win this game as it's playing better in almost every phase, they're experienced and it's a home game.

But I think letting Harris start (and hopefully keep the job) is going to be great.

We likely lose this game but him getting the reps gives us a real chance to beat UF the following week where I think the matchup is a little more even.

I'm sticking with my prediction that LSU finishes somewhere around 8-4, but finishes the year on a strong note and bowl and starts next season possibly in the top 5 (much like the end of 2010 going into 2011).

We sold him on the Louisiana Hall of Fame.

But yeah, I'm shocked he didn't want a "mini Cam" statue outside Jordan Hare.

When LF actually wins his Heisman, he can have one.
