this potentially could have happen before Simmons even committed to LSU being he's been on agents radars for a very long time.

, sure take away the wins from this season. Fine with me, it'll be like it never happened.

I know you're really lobbying for something more significant, but it's not like there is proof or allegations of impermissible benefits from a booster, so you probably won't get what you want.

i'm not lobbying for anything but the ncaa to enforce their rules, if they don't there's no need for their existence.

So if LSU broke an NCAA rule, then they deserve to be punished. If they didn't break an NCAA rule, then they are probably lying about it and should be punished.

You sure are desperate for LSU to get some NCAA sanctions put on them.

i'm sure the majority are not; at least the majority of posters on the rant. I came to this conclusion a while back even tho I didn't want to believe it.

on a side note, if true, our coach was stuck. no way he could have done anything about it early as he would have been crucified by the press and the fans. it is a terrible situation and will happen again somewhere. the stupid one year thing is the root cause. a kid only has to take 12 hours his first semester (basket weaving 101) and then can quit. this is the worst situation I have ever seen in any college sport. it needs to be returned to the colleges and tell the nba to frick off.

otherwise it's back to a cam 'he didn't know' newton situation which i've always thought was the biggest crock of shite excuse in the world. they are supposed to know the rules and ensure they are followed. that's why the rules are in place so either the ncaa enforces the rules or they'll never get their balls back.

Wrong if a win is vacated they do not award the other team with a win. It is like the game was never even played.

I'm generally apathetic about basketball, but I actually tried harder not to care this season. The hype around Ben always made me uneasy.

In hindsight LSU basketball is the nerdy guy who got to date a 10 for a little while, but she never put out and maxed out all the credit cards before she left.

Ole Miss' 'balls and shaft' still in your mouth? To be 'BACK,' Tennessee fans sure are a sad bunch. Pure enjoyment for us though, so please continue.

This isn't LSU's problem. This is a problem with the 1 and done system. Although nobody admits it, I bet this happens every single year with 8-10 players.

NCAA will punish LSU by making them give Jones and Alleva lifetime contracts.

Wait, so LSU could benefit from violations related to Ben Simmons? The posters in this thread are slowly lowering their guns.

is that supposed to prove something?

if they broke a rule (unbeknownst to them or knowingly) they deserve punishment. if they didn't break any rules then they don't. it's not rocket science for most of us.

the comment you just posted before said that i thought they deserved punishment if they were guilty or not, which is untrue.
