I'm not sure why everyone is piling on LSU fans in here. It is the UF administration and coaching staff that has botched every conceivable aspect of this situation. LSU fans are understandably frustrated at their seeming complete lack of comprehension regarding the impact of a Cat 4 storm along the entire Atlantic coast of the state in which this game is scheduled to be played. And that storm will be impacting that state for the entire 24 hour period leading up to the game. This isn't a situation where there would be a few days for things to calm down. This is beyond moronic what has happened here. If they were so worried about playing in BR, they should have been planning since Monday for a contingency to play in Atlanta, Mobile, Birmingham, Tampa or wherever. These guys are all complete boobs. And the complete lack of leadership and oversight by the SEC, who allegedly has final authority, has been mind boggling as well.

I feel like Andy Dufresne asking the warden how he can be so obtuse. Is it deliberate?

Just move to November. Buyout the OOC and be done with it. More important things need to be addressed.

Sure, we will let UF send us the check for the buyout and lost revenue because they can't understand hurricane forecasts.

So LSU loses an unrelated home game, and closes the season with 3 straight SEC road games, with the last being on a short week.

That would be a bullshite move even if it was LSU's own incompetence that lead to the situation.

Buy out the OOC and those two teams can play each other. Florida and LSU can play on 11/19.

I think that is Florida's strategy.

LSU better absolutely not give in to any movement of games in November. Florida, you've had your chance all week to straighten this out, it surprised no one. Instead UF and the SEC office looks like utter baffoons to be within 48 hours of game time and pushing the decision back every two hours "on purpose". It I pretty clear that at this point mcelwain and foley want this game cancelled. November is not an option if I'm in the LSU AD's office.

Didn't you get the conspiracy memo? You don't need to worry about UF trying to reschedule in November, they don't want to play the game ever, so that they get a leg up in the conference standings. Come on now, everyone knows this.

Do you SECr? Most know the admins at UF are stupid, the laughs provided by LSU fans are too good to pass up.
