Based on the last few seasons with Murray as your QB.

We can geaux game by game if you'd like to discuss it in depth, but I doubt you'll want to do that...right?

But alas, as you said earlier this team is different than those before it. I guess I should assume the LSU offense will not be explosive as based off of recent past? Murray of past, while often the definition of anti clutch, didn't have the backfield we do now. You're probably thinking about 2011 and 2012. 2011 Georgia struggled because it was in it's 2nd year moving to the 3-4 (defense still was solidish) and our backfield composed of Crowell who sprained his vagina by 3/4 through the season, Richard "2 yards and a cloud of dust" Samuel, Ken "Who?" Malcome, Brandon Harton (walk on), and the Great White thunder that was Kyle Karemplis (also a walk on). Last year Marshall and Gurley were true freshman and regardless of their production that still factors in. Just check out Gurley's block on Mosely that ultimately led to the deflection/Conley reception to lose the SECCG.

Basically Murray isn't a QB who's gonna go JFF and win it on his own. He needs help and finally they have it. Suddenly an OC that before 2012 looked befuddled as often as he did dumb turned into a decent play caller. He didn't read coaching for dummies, he simply got some decent RBs for once and the OL's ineptitude was to a degree that awesome shite could still happen.

Idk, I just think there are better points to make about beating Georgia than "they fade." Hell, most of our losses start with us getting our arse kicked and then Georgia has to work like hell to come back only to lose it in the final minutes. Slow starting seems more fitting outside of MSU and LSU in 2011.

I would worry about Auburn. LSU beat Auburns worst team possibly in the last 50 years by 2 points last year. auburn is never a cake walk for LSU and they will to lay down Saturday. I would get too comfortable with my Kent State win.

Not sure if trolling. We've beaten Auburn by a combined 76-20 the last 2 games in Tiger Stadium.

Is it really though?

Clemson lit ya up pretty bad, and as mentioned ya lost a ton of starters off a D that was lit up something awful by the last power running team you faced in Bama.

It looks to be an absolute shootout in Athens next week, but I think LSU has enough D to secure a win along the lines of 38-28ish...

I meant your team perception, I'll be the first to admit that Georgia's defense is awful at the moment.

I'm just leaning toward Georgia in a shootout because I have to.

LSU is the more complete team and should win this one pretty convincingly.

If lsu is disciplined, lives up to its potential, executes, and has minimal penalties we beat everyone this year.

South Carolina did not execute as well in the second half. There was the fumble, blinding pass, and 4th an goal plays that all left South Carolina points off the board. South Carolina was moving up and down the field all day versus Georgia. In the second half, South Carolina just didn't have the same scoring success and that was attributable to both Georgia making good defensive plays and South Carolina screwing up.

You can thank Richt's relationship with the big guy upstairs for that one.

A play we snuffed and played well forcing back inside.

You have almost overtaken scoop as the most UGAsessed gump on this board. And as shocked as I am to say it, you're a worse poster in general. Truly awful.

I'll let someone with similar cognitive functioning as you tackle this response.

I liked scoop better :(

Fwiw I did see Don and while he actually went out of his way to mention Georgia by name he still had a good bit of dawgsession in him. Idk what it is with these isolated Bama folk being so damn preoccupied with hating Georgia, you'd figure the stalkers would come more from Columbia and Gainesville.

I'm sure they have family ties to Georgia.

The 4 or 5 biggest UGA hating bama fans I've ever met, that despise UGA as much as they do tennessee, all grew up in gwinnett.

I lived in fricking birmingham for 2 years and no bama fan I met had any ill will towards UGA.

That theory makes the most sense. Everyone I have known that hates Georgia as much as these guys are the same people. Grew up in GA fans of other programs and they developed some deep-seeded hatred.

It's sad cause they miss out on how awesome we are.
