I'd be cautious of calling this easy money.

The psyche of the betting SEC ranters is interesting. #8 LSU, sitting at -10 in a home night game against an unranked team they seem not to be able to lose to, is looked at as an upset special. But #5 Auburn, sitting at -7 in a road game on Thursday night against #20, is looked at as easy money? Hmmm...

Well put. Someone is going to say that you're rustled or grinded, though.

Snyder is the best coach in college football. You would be foolish to bet on this game.

Right, that may be, but Malzahn is no slouch. Couple that with nearly half their team being current/former walk-ons, I don't see them covering.

I don't think it's easy money. Clearly others don't either.

That said, as a conference we generally discount rankings for other conferences, and a lot think KSU won't finish ranked. Objectively, I think the argument for KSU being ranked while MSU isn't is extremely thin.

I do think Auburn playing well and getting in a groove SHOULD mean an easy win. Coaching and the environment are pros for KSU, But I don't think it's enough unless we stumble.

Well, at least if we blow this one and have to deal with incessant shite talking for weeks, I'll have some satisfaction in knowing it cost some of you $$$

So, if I took KSU at +9, (which would have been stupid, IMO), and the line now is 7, I need to take AU at -7. No way I lose, and ill win double if the score is AU +8.
Right?

The house always gets a cut. It never works out quite like that.

This game could be 3-7 points late and I still see auburn pulling away by 2-3 scores.

That's what I'm getting on betonline.ag. Easy money? Surely Whitehead isn't the cause for such movement? I see AU covering that easily.

I figured it would come down. The early money was obviously all on Auburn. The KSU money let it climb and came in late.

I can see that too, although obviously I would prefer it be decided earlier.

Everyone on here betting AU is the only thing that scares me about this game.

What makes this obvious? All the lines I've seen showed no increase from the open, and only a decrease.

It went from 6 or 6 1/2 to 9 in the first three hours Sunday. Vegas didn't say "Oh crap". Money moved it that much. The money obviously wasn't on KSU if the line went up.

I know, too good to be true.

Every line I looked at showed an open of anywhere from 8.5 - 10.
