As we all know, the varmint population in Cajun Country takes a huge blow during football season. No one goes hungry around a purple and gold tailgate. Here are a few dishes we can expect to see in Starkville tomorrow:
Amos Philemon
Amos is no stranger to a belly crawl. His famous Racoon Okra Creole placed first in its class at the Acadien et Creoles 2013 and 2014. His recipe is somewhat a mystery but the results from the concoction are forever explosive.
Lazare Winnoc
Mr. Winnoc is a commercial yellow cat fisherman who, during tailgating season, puts his livelihood on the line to tackle alligator gar. You haven't lived unless you have put his balls in your mouth.
Youri Leoni
Youri's farm, located in the very back of Vacherie, is world famous for it's black tongue veil. His methods are a bit crude but you wont argue once his tongue is in your mouth.
Igor LaBlount
Although this is the only known photo of LaBlount, his dish is no stranger. His Braised and Blackend Nutria, will make folks come a running out of whatever hole they call home. His 3 recipe books, Uncle Rat, Holey Moley and Taken Tails, have all been wildly popular for years.

I thought this was going to be a tour of tailgates currently in Starkville. I'm very disappointed with your thread.
