Hard to say about 'Bama. 2 of 3 over what is supposed to be a pretty good Merdeland team. Swept North Dakota state, but squeaked by Friday against probably their ace. How good is their ace? Don't know. Will get some feedback from Troy.

In the Gaspard era we generally do just enough to grab the coveted #3 seed in Tallahassee, win our first game, lose to FSU in the 2nd game and then lose to the winner of the Atlantic Sun or Sun Belt to send us packing.
It's science, really.
2010 - Win Georgia Tech regional, lose Super Regional @ Clemson
2011 - Finish 2nd to FSU in Tallahassee regional
2012 - no postseason
2013 - Finish 3rd to Troy, FSU in Tallahassee regional
2014 - Finish 2nd to Kennesaw State in Tallahassee regional
2015 - no postseason

I feel you. One of us always winds up in Tallahasse.
I could also see all 7 west teams making regionals this year as well.

His breakdown is actually pretty accurate. Making it to Omaha is lofty for this team, but the relief pitching has been suspect and LSU isn't driving in the runs to make up for it. Pretty much exactly what he said.

So why don't you call him out for the rest of the thread? Not the one sentence where he actually wasn't that far off from being accurate? The spot where he was off was saying this team was Omaha bound.

U are dead wrong about 2 teams. LSU is not going to the CWS. LSU didn't only get beat by Tulane , they got embarrassed. If LSU don't turn around, they might not get past the SEC tourney.
MSU has 2 good starters. They do lack a day 3 starter. They are hitting the ball well and bringing around base runners.They ate getting a lot of 2 out hits.
