literally do not care.

It doesn't matter either way. By your logic, since your team has dropped five in a row to us, your opinion doesn't mean a goddamn thing.

" Let's list the teams that got better after firing their winningest coach midseason: "

This is a very unique situation. The way Les has gotten so little out of the team that has led the NFL in players for 3 years in a row doesn't happen every day. When your conference rivals want Les to stay, then you know it's time for a change.

Sure it does. Same thing happened to Mack Brown at the end. Same thing happened to Lloyd Carr at the end.

And those teams were correct to fire them.

I didn't say otherwise. I just said it wasn't a unique situation.

LSU fans keep acting like they are sitting on the world's only goldmine when we have seen this cycle at other top programs before.

You keep saying that we are definitely going to hire a bust coach. You have no idea what's going to happen.

We could hire the next Saban, we could hire the next Meyer, we also could hire the next Charlie Weis.

No one knows. It's asinine to say things like LSU doesnt have the money for a top coaching staff when we had the highest paid staff in the country.

Anyone who says that you're going to hire a bust coach is trolling you.

Anyone who says that you might very well hire a bust coach is trying to share their painful experience with you.

Which is completely fine and as I have posted several times already, is a very real possibility.

However, the vast majority of these posters do not fall into this category. Most of them refuse to even entertain the idea that LSU may not hire a bust.

I never said that. I at best said it's unlikely LSU gets Herman but who knows who can really be successful. No one saw Freeze coming.

I also said it's unlikely y'all hit gold three times in a row but to me that is just knowing college football history.

If you mean like LSU and UF did sure. If you mean like Alabama or Ohio St did no way. There isn't coach on the market who has won a national title.

In retrospect, they were.

Here's to hoping the next 4-5 months are equally as fun.

Hey now, just because he's got his hand on his hip and is winking saucily at you while he gives the experience with an affected lisp, sashaying around the room doesn't necessarily mean the experience in and of itself is invalid.

At first I thought the "y'all scared" thing was a troll.
I'm now starting to think you genuinely believe it.
No one is "scared."
Seriously.
