Before things get too bad, let’s just go ahead and play the SEC rivalry games while we can. Just quarantine the players and test and have them live in a bubble for just 2 weeks.

Im thinking it can be done in 2 weeks:
Week 1: Alabama v Tenn, Auburn v Georgia, MSU v Kentucky, LSU v Floria, Ark vs Mizzou

Week 2: Iron Bowl, Egg Bowl, Aggy v LSU, Tenn V Vandy, Florida v Georgia

Seems pretty solid to me. Better than no football at least.

If covid gets better than you can just have a tournament based on this season. If not, then at least the rivalries get resolved.

Professional players haven't been able to stay in their bubble. Why would college players be any differently?

I heard someone suggest on Sirius that the SEC should schedule the division opponents first...6 games in a row then a bye then the 4 crossdivision opponents. Then only count division opponents to name the two teams for the SECCG.

Don’t forget predatory financial handlers and agents.

Why would you do that? It pretty much defeats the purpose of cross division games if they don't count.
