Most of the middle class people have moved towards Mount Vernon and downtown. The downtown district is growing really well.

I love Fayetteville, but Tupelo was a solid place to spend some time in. A short drive from Memphis but not too close. When I lived there, way, way, back when, the downtown district was dead as a door knob. I have always had a soft spot in my heart for Tupelo.
