All of the baseball threads and butthurt responses from Auburn, Bama, and Tennessee fans are proof that college baseball is cherished in the South. It might even be more popular than basketball now.

When is the last time Tennessee even made it to the NCAA baseball tourney? ULL has gone three years in a row now, and was ranked no.1 in the nation most of last season. They are clearly a better program than Tennessee.

my brother played at MTSU in the early 2000s and I recall him going 5-5 vs Tennessee with a homer and a double off of the fence. Tennessee has never had a very successful team. MTSU and Vandy get better/similar recruits too.

I'm very proud of the OmaHogs and all of the SEC CWS teams! Get with the program Tennessee....Baseball is a big deal in the SEC....

Not a huge fan of Serraneaux, but this is impressive work.
College baseball is great troll material on this site because it's so near and dear to LSU fans' hearts. They always come back with "YOU JELLY U NOT IN OMAHA BAW?!?!?!" but in reality no Tennessee fans give two shits whether we win five games or fifty in baseball.
