My vote is with Les, but only because he had a few successful seasons (even though they were with Saban's recruits).

Butch has done what? Won an Outback Bowl? Run his 5 star players off?

I would be screaming to the administration at Tennessee for something to be done, but they'll give Butch another year, so I guess the of the rest of the SEC should just dance.

Les has at least won in the past in the SEC

Lyle has never won something worth while

Les. He recruits better, he wins more often and other than the tiny hat his face doesn't make me want to punch my TV everytime.

Les there's no telling how many NC's he could have won
at Bama.

Miles easy. National Championship, 2 SEC titles, a 10 win season almost every year he was at LSU. Consistently good recruiter. What has Jones accomplished? Hasn't even been able to win a down SEC East

Christ you're an idiot. Or a troll. Undefeated regular season in 2011 and SEC champions. Played 8 teams ranked in the top 25... Oregon in Dallas and West Va in Morgantown.

Right. And Urban won both his NC's at Florida with Zook's players, right?

Les is stubborn and stuck in the 60's when it comes to football. His clock management isn't up to par either but the man can recruit and recruit well.

Even if you only compared their coaching performances since Butch was hired at UT, I'd still take Les.

Of course I still think LSU made a huge mistake running him off, but I doubt I'll get much support for that viewpoint on this forum.

Many Tennessee fans

But I guess they are not in their right mind. Probably threads going on over at VolNation talking about how they can still get to Atlanta, win, and should be in playoffs as the winner of the SEC
