I miss ol Lester the molester bowing up in his press conferences in the BIG XII prior to Bedlam and then popping veins in his neck after being bested by Bob yet again after the game. He hated being in Bob's shadow so bad.

* Great Recruiter. Mediocre Coach.
* Weak game management. Too many game management fiasco's on National TV.
* Poorly prepares team sometimes. Doesn't have them ready to play.
* Archaic Offensive system.
* Can't recruit great passing QB's.
* Nice guy. Too nice. Nice guys finish last. (Not in first) Don't win many Championships.

Leslie sure molested Big Game Bob his share of times before he upgraded conferences.
Les passed the torch to Patterson and Briles and they'll continue to deal UT-Norman annual arse kickings for the foreseeable future.
