Yet the majority of your fan base wanted him gone. Why? Because he can't beat Bama? Or is it because the team slams into a brick wall for a few weeks after? To me, that would be more troubling than actually losing to the Tide. Not getting the focus back into the team for the games immediately afterwards.

Who cares. 95% of LSU would rather own the state of Alabama. We have owned Auburn for awhile but that other school is kicking our butts right now. This and only this is the most important aspect for LSU fans.
