Don't try and act like that's what this is.

It's the fact that you can't even give Miles his due for a nice gesture. You have to try and belittle it as much as possible because it's LSU related.

As I said before, you're a sad sack of shite.

What a hole down votes this stuff. You are a freaking child with no heart! Good luck being a good father, husband or anything while successfully hiding behind a computer as a total dick. You're a Freaking zero!

All I was implying was I can't imagind a coach in the spotlight not doing something similar in that situation.

Sorry if you are that easily offended, but I said nothing negative about Miles.

Child cancer turned into a football thread.

I think you left out several coaches and neighbors of this incredibly brave young man. He is from mountainbrook Alabama.

Very, very odd

Correctly or incorrectly, your post came across as if you were saying that it was nothing to applaud Miles for.

No, you tried to act like what he did was no big deal and didn't deserve to be recognized.

I'm sorry you're such a piece of shite that disparaging acts of kindness is something you feel needs to be done.

Les is one of the most positive assets the SEC has going for it, every single year. Really respect the hell out of him.

I want to meet the coach with the audacity to NOT do this in a similar situation.

I want to mee that level of a-hole

There was a thread a while back on the Tiger Rant of people sharing Les Miles stories that were not headline grabbing stories like this. The dude is very genuine and not doing it for selfish reasons or because he has to as the head coach of LSU.

Sumlin comes off as a smug a-hole.

It isnt a big deal, its just a nice gesture. A multi-millionaire with the state of Louisiana at his fingertips did something nice for a kid with cancer. Its just to be expected of someone in that position as it isnt even the slightest inconvenience to him.

I would hope every coach in his position would do the same. To not would just be imcredibly douchey.

I dont disagree with this, and Sumlin is an arrogant individual.

Yeah. Nothing special about it. Just buckled under the pressure to put it up, I'm sure.

Just back out of the thread, quietly, before you look like more of a douche.

The kid is a huge LSU fan living in Alabama. This article praises Les as well as the kid's community.
