I think Les is close enough to retirement now that he doesn't want to move and program build for 3 years before he retires in another 5-8 years

Chavis wouldn't allow rap music during practice which would absolutely kill a&m recruiting.

I've known John since his days at Alabama A&M, in other words a very long time. He's not as great as you apparently think he is as a D man. I catch flack when I mention this, but usually from people who don't actually know him, never met him, understand what I'm saying. I'll just say he has a lot of talent and leave it at that. You'd be better off just recruiting on that side of the ball a bit more.
