For the life of me, I can't figure out why LSU fans seem to think think that acknowledging that Chubb is a great RB somehow diminishes Fournette.
Yeh, it is more of the opposite. Did you miss the offeseason? This board had LF as an average back that couldnt carry Chubb's jockstrap

Please review the stats from last season. Your "golden boy" is not even close to Chubb's production. You can, if you wish, salivate a little longer on last weeks performance but we will see who is more productive by seasons end.

i dont think anyone, even LF, would argue Chubb had the better year last year.

It's pretty clear to most though that LF has gone past chubb. Man Chubb is great, but LF is the best player in college football.

Why? What matters is who is better today

Yes Fournette has that coming to him and it makes him a great back, which he is. Chubb has less chances to make yards than other backs, which makes him good too. Both of these backs are different, LF runs a classic style of put you on your arse if you get in my way and Chubb has great vision, he can spot openings most backs can't. I don't think any UGA fan is trying to argue that Fournette isn't good and he probably will get the Heisman if he keeps it up. Each back has bigger tests coming to them in the next few weeks and both deserve the recognition they're getting.

And it doesnt really matter. There is this neato deato thingy called YPC that divides total yards by carries in order to compare running backs

we will know more once they both go against an actual defense. I think Chubb is the better college back. I think LF will be the better pro back. Anyone judging LF based on the performance against a jr high Auburn defense is a retard.

What about Miss St who actually has one of the best front 4s? Do they not count?

He's been at another level since the last 2 games of last year plus the 2 this year.

You can pretend he hasnt ascended to the best player in CFB though if you want to.

And 500+ yards for 32 carries isn't good? Wow.

As of right now he is the best hands down, you can't pick one other person better than him at this point.

You are literally too dumb to talk to.

Chubb had the better freshman year, there is no doubt.

But you just said he had less chances. He didnt. If you want me to go back and quote your post where you said that i'll be happy to do it.
